  • Hornady Brass 450-400 Nitro Express 3″ Box of 20

Hornady produces brass with the same precision, attention to detail and focus on perfection that has made them a world leader in bullets. They measure their brass for consistent wall concentricity, tests pressure calibration to ensure uniform case expansion and hand-inspects each piece.

This dedication to quality ensures proper seating of the bullet both in the case and in the chamber and consistent charges and pressures. The result is optimal velocity and repeatable accuracy from your cartridges. New, unprimed brass. This is not loaded ammunition.

Brass Preparation: With bulk rifle brass you may sometimes notice a few case mouths are “out of round” or slightly dented below the shoulder.  These imperfections occur in the final tumbling wash operation after the case mouth has been annealed.  Brass manufacturers are aware of the case cosmetics and have worked to mitigate it, but due to equipment design, denting may still occur.  Minor dents are normally removed in the first firing and will not affect case life or performance.  On non-plated brass, you may also notice all the anneal stain might not be polished off, which may give the case neck a pinkish color.  With some smaller caliber cases you may notice the case mouths to be slightly belled.

With all new rifle brass, you should first straighten out the case and case mouth, then chamfer and debur the case mouth inside and out.  To straighten the case mouth, run the case part way into the sizer die and let the expander ball straighten the brass.  To prevent the case neck from stretching, be sure to lubricate the case neck inside the case mouth.

  • CCI Large Rifle 7.62mm NATO-Spec Military Primers #34 Box of 1000 (10 Trays of 100)

CCI 7.62mm NATO-Spec Military Primers are a military large rifle primer containing magnum priming mix. The CCI #34 primers are a great choice for reloaders that use military cartridges. These primers are specially made to be harder to ignite which prevents slam fires in military type rifles with a floating firing pin. All CCI primers are continuously tested and improved. As a result today’s CCI primers are more sensitive, easier to seat and more compatible with progressive and automated loading equipment than ever before. They utilize modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixes for the cleanest burn possible.

  • CCI Large Rifle Bench Rest Primers #BR2 Box of 1000 (10 Trays of 100)

In Benchrest competition, there’s no such thing as a group that’s “too small.” Everything has to be tuned to the highest degree to produce match-winning results. That’s why you should use CCI Benchrest primers. Only the most experienced skilled personnel put the priming mix in the cups, so you get the same flame, shot after shot. Benchrest Primers also use specially selected cups and anvils for added consistency. An independent researcher identified the use of CCI Benchrest primers as one of two factors that were the most significant contributors to tiny groups. CCI Primers are continuously tested and improved. As a result today’s CCI primers are more sensitive, easier to seat and more compatible with progressive and automated loading equipment than ever before. They utilize modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixes for the cleanest burn possible.

  • Buffalo Bore Ammunition 32 S&W Long 100 Grain Hard Cast Wad Cutter Box of 20

Buffalo Bore loads their ammunition up to maximum SAAMI specifications, which delivers devastating performance on a wide range of game. Please note that this ammunition is not intended for older guns. It is made for modern firearms only, as some of the ammunition could damage older and weaker firearms. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

In order to make this cartridge meaningful for self-defense, Buffalo Bore designed hard cast (not soft) bullets that will not deform on impact and will maintain their flat nose profile as they penetrate through muscle and bone and because of their flat nose, they crush (not slip and slide) through mammalian tissues, doing considerable damage along their path. These bullets are alloyed and lubed properly so they will NOT substantially lead foul any normal barrel. Using modern powders added velocity and remains within the SAAMI pressure limits of 15,000 PSI. The result is a fairly lethal cartridge that brings new usefulness to millions of these old pistols. Depending on how much clothing must be penetrated and how much bone is encountered, expect 17 to 23 inches of straight-line penetration in mammalian tissue with this load.

This ammunition is safe to use in any solid frame revolver that is in ordinary shooting condition. “Solid frame” means any revolver that is not a top break frame. “Ordinary shooting condition”, means a revolver that is in condition to fire any modern factory, 32 S&W LONG ammo, without malfunction. Have a competent gunsmith check your revolver for “ordinary shooting condition” if you have doubts, as many of these revolvers are very old and some imports were made of questionable quality as manufacturing techniques and materials were not advanced ten or so decades ago. To add versatility, this ammunition can, of course, be fired in ANY/ALL revolvers chambered in 32 H&R Magnum and 327 Federal.

  • Underwood Ammunition 44 Special 255 Grain Lead Keith-Type Semi-Wadcutter Gas Check Box of 20

While taking advantage of state of the art testing equipment, this high performance ammunition by Underwood is field tested using popular, real firearms that customers are most likely to own out in the real world with all the elements you would experience. If for some reason Underwood Ammunition fails to meet performance expectations, Underwood stands by their product 100% and will make sure the customer is satisfied with every purchase. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

Hard cast semi-wadcutter bullets are non-expanding, powerfully penetrative bullets that are designed with your woods defense needs in mind; whether fending off wild hogs or black bears, the hard cast flat nose bullets are consistently effective in taking down any wild animals that you may encounter. In contrast to the round nose non-expanding bullets, the flat nose bullets are able to pierce through dense bodies of mass while maintaining their nose forward position, which is optimal for maximum penetration. All non-jacketed lead bullets, whether it may be cast, hard cast, wad-cutter, etc. “smoke” to some degree due to the wax/lube needed in the manufacturing process. With the high performance and velocity we achieve it is nearly impossible to stop this from happening. Higher chamber pressures, higher velocities, and higher temperatures mean more smoke in this case. All of Underwood Ammo rounds utilize flash suppressed powder so that your vision will not be compromised if it becomes necessary to use your firearm in low light.
